Sinn Féin representative for Dublin South East, Councillor Daithí Doolan has today warned that the review of the current waste management plan for Dublin "will be seen as a complete whitewash by the people of Dublin," Cllr Doolan was speaking after it emerged that the same consultants who were contracted to compile the plan in 1998 had been re-contracted to review the current strategy.
